JONES RADIO NETWORKS has upped NIKITA PALMER to Dir./Artist & Label Relations, working with management teams and record labels to produce satellite tours and artist specials from JRN's MUSIC ROW studio. She's been working in JRN's NASHVILLE office since JUNE.
