MAX HENRY & ASSOCIATES is selling the construction permit for a new FM at BIG RAPIDS, MI to UP NORTH RADIO, LLC for $21,000.

AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION has filed for a Silent STA for WAQG/OZARK, AL due to a tower collapse.

NEW SOUTH RADIO, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for newly-acquired WSFZ-A/JACKSON, MS "due to difficulties in operating the station's facilities in compliance with the station's license."

COMMUNITY MEDIA ASSISTANCE PROJECT has closed on the sale of W270CI/LAWRENCEVILLE, OH to TUSCARAWAS BROADCASTING COMPANY for $20,000.  The buyer plans to relocate the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WBTC-A/URICHSVILLE, OH. CMAP has also closed on the sale of K234CD/BIGGS, OR (now K276GF/PENDLETON, OR) to KSRV, INC. for $20,000. The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Sports KTIX-A/PENDLETON, OR.

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, COMMUNITY BROADCASTERS LLC is buying four FMs in the FORT WALTON BEACH market, Top 40 WECQ (Q92)/DESTIN, FL; Country WHWY (HIGHWAY 98)/HOLT, FL; Adult Hits WWAV (102.1 THE WAVE)/SANTA ROSA, FL; and Alternative WZLB (103.1 THE BLAZE)/VALPARAISO, FL, from APEX BROADCASTING INC. for an undisclosed price.  MVP CAPITAL, LLC and KALIL AND CO. represented APEX in the deal.
