  KOVAS COMMUNICATIONS Brokered Talk-Ethnic WCGO-A/EVANSTON-CHICAGO has ended its time brokerage deal with LIFTABLE MEDIA's ANTHEM BROADCASTING, reports ROBERTFEDER.COM. GM CHUCK DUNCAN remains in charge.
  The station continues to air brokered Korean religious programming 5a-noon weekdays, but is now airing the syndicated "SMALL BUSINESS ADVOCATE" noon-2p, KATE DAILEY 2-4p, and DANIEL FRENCH 4-7p.
