Funeral arrangements have been made for Bluegrass pioneer and GRAND OLE OPRY member Dr. RALPH STANLEY, who passed away on THURSDAY (6/23) from difficulties with skin cancer (NET NEWS 6/24). The service, which is open to the public, will be TUESDAY, JUNE 28th at 6p (ET) at HILLS OF HOME PARK in COEBURN, VA, the location of STANLEY's annual music festival.

Additionally, donations can be made to the SHRINERS HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN and ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL in STANLEY's honor in lieu of flowers.
