  CHINA's Ministry of Culture has denied a proposed concert performance in SHANGHAI by JAY-Z due to explicit language on the recording artist's CD, according to ALLHIPHOP.COM. JAY-Z was reportedly set to perform at HONGKOU Football Stadium on OCTOBER 23, but the government would not grant the required permits to promotion firm KS PRODUCTIONS.
  JAY-Z's tour started in HOLLAND and includes dates AFRICA, SOUTH KOREA, TAIWAN and AUSTRALIA.
