HUBBARD RADIO Country WIL (92.3 WIL)/ST. LOUIS has added two new staffers to its on-air lineup. KELLY REBAL joined as producer for the "BUD AND BROADWAY" morning show TODAY (7/5); JOSH HOLLEMAN will begin handling 6p to 11p effective WEDNESDAY, JULY 20th. REBAL segues to her new role after spending time as the WIL Dir./Promotions, and HOLLEMAN joins from CBS RADIO Top 40 WDZH (98.7 AMP RADIO)/DETROIT where he handled WEEKENDS and swing shifts.
