A new Schedule 13G filing with the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION details that GREYWOLF CAPITAL MANAGEMENT has increased it's holding of CUMULUS MEDIA stock. With GREYWOLF now past the 5% level, CUMULUS needed to make the filing.

As of THURSDAY, DECEMBER 31st, 2015, GREYWOLF owned 6,682,000 shares. It added just over 10.1 million shares at the end of the first quarter, and another 12,845,373 shares per this filing, meaning GREYWOLF now owns 5.49% of CUMULUS MEDIA stock. CUMULUS MEDIA is GREYWOLF's sole investment in radio.
