Stacey Mott, Tennessee Radio Hall Of Famer, Passes At 91

TENNESSEE RADIO HALL OF FAME inductee STACEY MOTT, who worked at COOKEVILLE COMMUNICATIONS News/Talk WHUB/COOKEVILLE, TN, for 47 years, passed away this week at 91.
MOTT managed WHUB-AM and FM, and was active in numerous civic groups that served COOKEVILLE and PUTNAM COUNTY. MOTT, who was inducted into the TENNESSEE RADIO HALL OF FAME in 2015, also served a term as Chairman of the TENNESSEE ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS and was honored with the group's DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD.
Funeral services will take place SUNDAY (JULY 10th) at the HOOPER-HUDDLESTON & HORNER FUNERAL HOME at 1p (CT). Visitation with the family will be SATURDAY (JULY 9th) from 4p–6p (CT) and again at NOON (CT) on SUNDAY prior to the service.
MOTT is survived by his wife BETTY, son JIM and daughters MELINDA and BETSY.
