CONCLAVE 41 was a big success last week in MINNEAPOLIS. While it was the largest attendance in 10 years, what stood out mostly is the humor, honesty and hope from the speakers and attendees.

"It's important for our industry to hold this event. It's equally important for the industry to support it.
