Townsquare Sued Over Use Of Copyrighted Photo On WWMJ/Bangor, ME Website

Photographer CHRISTOPHER LANE is suing TOWNSQUARE MEDIA, INC. for an alleged copyright infringement over the use of a photo of actress MILA KUNIS on a radio station website.

LANE's suit in U.S. District Court in DELAWARE, filed on JULY 15th, alleges that TOWNSQUARE used the photo on the website of Classic Rock WWMJ (I95)/BANGOR, ME in 2014.  The suit seeks actual or statutory ($150,000 for willful, $30,000 for non-willful) damages and a permanent injunction.
