WILLIE NELSON & FAMILY, NEIL YOUNG + PROMISE OF THE REAL, and SHERYL CROW are set to headline the first-ever OUTLAW MUSIC FESTIVAL on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th at MONTAGE MOUNTAIN in SCRANTON, PA. Also on the bill are CHRIS ROBINSON BROTHERHOOD, LEE ANN WOMACK, and BROTHERS OSBORNE.
