Clare Bowen Joins ASCAP

Songwriter-artist and "NASHVILLE" actress CLARE BOWEN has joined the AMERICAN SOCIETY OF COMPOSERS, AUTHORS, AND PUBLISHERS (ASCAP) as a songwriter member. She is currently in the studio, writing and recording her debut solo album.

"I am so happy to be a part of the ASCAP family," said BOWEN. "I've been singing as SCARLETT O'CONNOR for the past four years, so to be embarking on the journey of creating my debut album and recording songs I've penned for the first time ever, I'm very grateful to have the good people of ASCAP looking out for me as an artist and a writer."
