WIREGRASS RADIO GROUP Country WECB/DOTHAN, AL Dir./Production/afternoon host MARK ALLEN has been upped to OM of the four-station cluster. ALLEN was announced as CHERRY CREEK RADIO Country KBLL/HELENA OM/PD last MONTH (NET NEWS 7/26), but turned down the role, which leaves KBLL on a continued search.
