JONES RADIO NETWORK Triple A WKYZ (PIRATE RADIO)/KEY WEST's' RIPLEY (real name JOHN J. WILEY) was recognized by the U.S. ARMY AIRBORNE for assisting with training soldiers for their "RADIO IN A BOX" program.

Said RIPLEY: "It has been an honor to assist the U.S. ARMY AIRBORNE, 7TH MILITARY INFORMATION SUPPORT BATTALION with their radio programs. These great men and women are building radio stations in areas plagued by violence from terrorists. The young men and women I have been assisting with their training are using radio stations to help counter the violent messages of ISIS. BOKO HARAM and other terrorist groups. I'm very much looking forward to increasing my involvement assisting with their radio training."
