Yet another photographer is suing another radio company over another copyrighted photograph used on a radio station website.
In the latest suit, PAUL BERESWILL is suing CUMULUS MEDIA INC. in the Southern District of NEW YORK for allegedly using his photographs of the NEW YORK METS' MATT HARVEY and a post-game snap of the NEW YORK RANGERS after a game on the website of News-Talk WABC-A/NEW YORK.
The suit seeks damages and profits or the statutory $150,000 per work, plus attorney's costs and fees.
