HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY (FL) sheriff's deputies, armed with an FCC complaint and search warrant, shut down a pirate radio station broadcasting to the northern section of TAMPA on 89.3 FM THURSDAY night. The TAMPA TRIBUNE reports that MARJORIE VOLTAIRE, 20, was arrested and charged with a third-degree felony for the unlicensed broadcast, which carried Haitian music.
