  CUMULUS MEDIA/FORT WALTON BEACH, FL has appointed CHRIS KELLOGG OM for its five-station cluster that includes Country WYZB, Rock WKSM, AC WNCV, Top 40 WZNS and News/Talk WFTW-A. Previously OM for CUMULUS MEDIA/COLUMBIA-JEFFERSON CITY, MO, KELLOGG will also serve as PD for WNCV and WFTW-A, as well as do mornings on WNCV with co-host LISA CAPTAIN.
  
  He succeeds OM HAYDEN GREEN, who will continue to program Top 40 WZNS full-time and host afternoon drive on Z96.
