JENNIFER CREMEENS is selling Silent KJJB/EAGLE LAKE, TX to ROY E. HENDERSON's S CONTENT MARKETING, LLC for $135,000. HENDERSON is also assigning his News-Talk WMTE-A/MANISTEE, MI; AC WARD (THE BAY)/PETOSKEY, MI; Silent WOUF/BEULAH, MI; Silent WBNZ/FRANKFORT, MI; and News-Talk WCUZ/BEAR LAKE, MI and AC WLDR-F (101.9 THE BAY)/TRAVERSE CITY, MI, held in his own GREAT NORTHERN BROADCASTING SYSTEM, INC., to his company N CONTENT MARKETING, LLC for no consideration.

In other filings with the FCC, ARTISTIC MEDIA PARTNERS, INC. is selling Top 40 WBWB (B97)/BLOOMINGTON, IN and Country WHCC (HOOSIER COUNTRY 105)/ELLETTSVILLE, IN to AI RADIO, LLC for $4.4 million ($3.9 million cash, $500,000 in a promissory note).  The deal is basically a pro forma assignment, since the same three shareholders control both companies, the difference being that ARTHUR A. ANGOTTI controls the seller and the three shareholders (ANGOTTI, his son ARTHUR A. ANGOTTI III, and STEVE F. ISENBERG) are equal partners in the buyer.

BROADCASTING CORP. OF AMERICA has closed on the sale of Chinese KUPA-A (G&E RADIO HAWAII)/PEARL CITY-HONOLULU, HI to JAMES Y. SU's BEACH TIME BROADCAST, LLC for $320,000.

And POSITIVE ALTERNATIVE RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of W237DM/JACKSON, OH to JOHNSON COUNTY BROADCASTING CO., INC. for $60,000. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Classic Country WMCT-A/MOUNTAIN CITY, TN.

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, MONTE SPEARMAN’s HIGH PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, LLC is buying Country KFFA-A and AC KFFA-F (THE MIX 103.1)/HELENA, AR from JIM and NANCY HOWE's DELTA BROADCASTING for $475,000  MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's BILL CATE served as exclusive broker representing the seller.
