Wondery To Launch 'Secrets, Crimes & Audiotape' Scripted Podcast Series

Podcast network WONDERY is launching a new scripted podcast, "SECRETS, CRIMES & AUDIOTAPE." The anthology series will include dramas and comedies that will play out over multiple half-hour weekly episodes. 

The debut story, "A Beautiful Spell," based on GREG KALLERES' stage play, will span three episodes and star JENNA ELFMAN and her husband BODHI ELFMAN, who also host their own "KICKING AND SCREAMING" podcast on the NERDIST PODCAST NETWORK. The series will post TUESDAYS starting SEPTEMBER 20th; future episodes will include "Air Force One," a drama about the first 60 minutes following the JFK assassination, and "Upper West Blues: A Black Cat Murder Mystery," written by MARCY KAHAN.

WONDERY Founder HERNAN LOPEZ said, "Think of your favorite scripted TV show, but using only audio and your imagination," said Lopez. "That's the experience we want to create with Secrets, Crimes & Audiotape."
