Cogeco Revenues Up For Fiscal Q4

Canadian cable and broadcast company COGECO saw fourth fiscal quarter revenues jump 21.4% to C$199,351,000., credited primarily to its cable division and the acquisition of PORTUGAL's CABOVISAO. Net income rose from C$630,000. to C$10.3 million (4 to 62 cents/share). Revenue for the media sector, including the TQS French-language TV network in QUEBEC and radio, increased slightly year-to-year; revenue figures for radio were not broken out.
