CBS Radio/Cleveland Presents 'Dog Paddle & Pet-A-Palooza' Sunday, August 28th

'Dog Paddle & Pet-A-Palooza'

CBS RADIO/CLEVELAND Hot AC WQAL (Q104), Classic Rock WNCX (98.5), Talk/Sports WKRK (92.3 THE FAN) and AC WDOK (STAR 102) will host the 12th Annual "Dog Paddle & Pet-A-Palooza," SUNDAY, AUGUST 28th from 11a-3p (ET) at LEDGE POOL and RECREATION AREA in HINCKLEY RESERVATION (1151 Ledge Road).

Activities at the event will include nature walks and dog demonstrations. Pet owners will also have the opportunity to swim with their dogs as well as browse through pet store and vendor booths. In addition, the CLEVELAND ANIMAL PROTECTIVE LEAGUE and MEDINA COUNTY SPCA will have adoptable animals on site and the ANIMAL EMERGENCY & SPECIALTY CENTER will be on hand in case pet health needs throughout the event. B.A.R.K (BUCKEYE AREA REGIONAL K-9) will demonstrate animal safety and the BUCKEYE DOCK DOGS will showcase their aerial pooches in big air dock jumping. All guests can take a guided dog hike led by a CLEVELAND METROPARKS naturalist.

A donation of $5 per dog is requested at the front gate, with all the proceeds benefiting the MEDINA COUNTY SOCIETY FOR THE PRESERVATION OF ANIMAL CRUELTY and the CLEVELAND ANIMAL PROTECTIVE LEAGUE.
