Bob Weir, T Bone Burnett To Headline Americana Music Conferences

The AMERICANA MUSIC ASSOCIATION's slate of more than 50 panels and worships will feature such artists as BOB WEIR, T BONE BURNETT, DWIGHT YOAKAM, JODY STEPHENS, WANDA JACKSON and a special WOODY GUTHRIE presentation by DEL McCOURY. The event takes place SEPTEMBER 20th-25th at the SHERATON NASHVILLE DOWNTOWN HOTEL and various venues around the city.

GRATEFUL DEAD's BOB WEIR will present "Blue Mountain," his first solo album of original material in 30 years, with playback and acoustic performance of select songs featuring producer JOSH KAUFMAN and a Q&A moderated by BUDDY MILLER.
Other highlights include: an interview with DWIGHT YOAKAM, highlighting songs from his new album, "Swimmin’ Pools, Movie Stars…," which features bluegrass reinterpretations of his vast catalog.
