The SLC DIVESTITURE TRUST II (with JIM BURGOYNE as trustee) is assigning K247AV/RURAL JUAB COUNTY, UT back to DELL LOY HANSEN's BROADWAY MEDIA LS, LLC.  BROADWAY MEDIA plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports KOVO-A (ESPN 960)/PROVO.

In other filings with the FCC, LOGOS BROADCASTING CORP. has closed on the sale of noncommercial Contemporary Christian KLFF (LIFE 89.3)/SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA to FAMILY LIFE BROADCASTING, INC. for $400,000.

JOSE ROBERTO and AIDA ESPERANZA EKONOMO's EKO MEDIA GROUP, INC. has closed on the sale of Sports WSPG-A (FOX SPORTS 1400 SPARTANBURG)/SPARTANBURG, SC to RYAN DELANEY's FOX SPORTS SPARTANBURG 2 LLC for $350,000. The buyer took over programming the station under an LMA in FEBRUARY.

RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of W259BZ/BLOWING ROCK, NC (now W290CW/HICKORY, NC) to NEWTON-CONOVER COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $60,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Oldies WAIZ-A (63 BIG WAYS)/HICKORY, NC.

And MATTOX BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of W259BR/BOONEYMAN, GA to GOOD TIDINGS TRUST, INC. for $46,750. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Religion WAYR-A/FLEMING ISLAND, FL.

In a transaction yet to be filed with the FCC, MONTE SPEARMAN's HIGH PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, LLC is buying Country WDMS and Classic Rock WGVM-A-W247BA/GREENVILLE, MS from ARK-LA-MS RADIO GROUP, LLC for $500,000 ($300,000 cash, the rest via seller financing).  MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's BILL CATE served as exclusive broker for the deal.

In another deal yet to appear in the FCC database, MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is buying Classic Rock KQDS-F/DULUTH and its simulcast stations WXXZ/GRAND MARAIS, MN and KAOD/BABBITT, MN; AC WEVE/EVELETH and its three translators W288AI/ELY, MN, W252AN/HIBBING, MN, and W221AU/VIRGINIA, MN, and Country KGPZ (Z96)/COLERAINE, MN from RED ROCK RADIO CORP. for an undisclosed price.  KALIL & CO., INC. served as the exclusive broker for this transaction.
