COX/JONES syndicated consumer advice host CLARK HOWARD launches a TV series for IN DEMAND's ON DEMAND cable video-on-demand service. "GET CLARK SMART," a 20-part series co-hosted by CLARK's wife, LANE CARLOCK HOWARD, premieres OCTOBER 26 on ON DEMAND's "MAG RACK" channel of programming.
