Westwood One Offers Two Labor Day Music Specials

WESTWOOD ONE is offering two four-hour LABOR DAY specials, The Pop/Take the Day Off and Rock/Labor Day Pool Party, hosted by pop artist TROYE SIVAN and rock band FITZ AND THE TANTRUMS, which will wind down the summer with highlights of the summer of 2016, along with the biggest hits for end-of-summer playlists.

TROYE SIVAN's latest single, “Wild” featuring ALESSIA CARA, and accompanying MTV VMA nominated trilogy videos “Wild," “Fools” and “Talk Me Down,” have racked up an over 43 million views. TROYE will kick off the second North American leg of his world tour on OCTOBER 16th in support of his RIAA certified-Gold debut album Blue Neighbourhood, which will include two-nights at the HOLLYWOOD PALLADIUM in LOS ANGELES and TERMINAL 5 in NEW YORK CITY.

FITZ AND THE TANTRUMS, who have enjoyed Gold-certified and #1 Alternative Radio singles “The Walker” and “Out of My League,” released their self-titled album in March 2016 featuring the hit single, "HandClap." The band continues to wow crowds on tour all year in a city near you.
