WHHH (Hot 96.3)/Indianapolis Temporarily Changes To 'Yeezy 96.3'

RADIO ONE Top 40/Rhythmic WHHH (HOT 96.3)/INDIANAPOLIS has temporarily renamed itself YEEZY 96.3.  It’s in honor of KANYE WEST kicking off his SAINT PABLO TOUR at BANKERS LIFE FIELDHOUSE TONIGHT (8/25) at 8p (ET).  The station will resume use of HOT 96.3 after the concert.   

PD KAREN VAUGHN said, “HOT 96.3 has been celebrating KANYE WEST throughout his career.  On the occasion of him performing in INDIANAPOLIS, we are pulling out all the stops.  We are building upon the buzz in the city by temporarily flipping the station to YEEZY 96.3 as a tribute to KANYE WEST and his music.  To continue this momentum YEEZY 96.3 will play KANYE WEST’s music this week leading up to the concert and give our listeners the chance to win tickets to the tour kickoff.  We will also hit the streets with on air personalities KEISHA NICOLE, BRIAN JAMES, B-SWIFT, BRIA FACHON, and ELIOTT KING to surprise our listeners with tickets to the show.  Within 30 minutes of launching YEEZY 96.3, the hashtag #Yeezy963 was the number one trending topic in the city.  This show is important to our audience so we want to be at the forefront and give our listeners want they want to hear.”
