Redemption
SIRIUS XM RADIO INC. will redeem all of its outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2020 on OCTOBER 1st, the company's parent SIRIUS XM HOLDINGS INC. announced TODAY (8/25).
The total amount of the notes outstanding as of TODAY is $650 million; the redemption will be funded by cash on hand as well as proceeds of a drawing under its revolving credit facility.
