Florida Supreme Court Disbars Two More Of Bubba The Love Sponge's Lawyers

The FLORIDA Supreme Court has disbarred two more of BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE's attorneys in his defense against a lawsuit by radio rival TODD SCHNITT, making a total of three of BUBBA's attorneys be disbarred for their conduct in defending the syndicated morning host.  The court was unanimous in permanently disbarring ADAM FILTHAUT and ROBERT ADAMS on THURSDAY; the third lawyer, STEPHEN DIACO, was disbarred in JANUARY.

DIACO, FLITHAUT, and ADAMS, all of the ADAMS AND DIACO law firm, were found guilty of setting up SCHNITT's attorney PHIL CAMPBELL for a DUI arrest on JANUARY 23, 2013, using a paralegal, MELISSA PERSONIUS, that also left DIACO and ADAMS in possession of CAMPBELL's briefcase.
