CENTRAL VALLEY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY is selling Contemporary Christian KADV (PROMISE FM)/MODESTO, CA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $225,000.  EMF is also buying K248CE/DAVENPORT, IA from BENJAMIN SHAFER for $32,000.

In other filings with the FCC EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS OF COLORADO SPRINGS, INC. is selling K276BQ/LAKE CITY, CO to SAN LUIS VALLEY BROADCASTING, INC. for $25,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Classic Country KSLV-A/MONTE VISTA, CO.
