John Sepulvado Named Host Of KQED/San Francisco's 'The California Report'

KQED INC. News-Talk KQED-F/SAN FRANCISCO has hired OREGON PUBLIC BROADCASTING local "WEEKEND EDITION" host/Executive Producer and former AMERICAN PUBLIC MEDIA "MARKETPLACE WEEKEND" producer JOHN SEPULVADO as the new host of its statewide "THE CALIFORNIA REPORT," effective SEPTEMBER 2nd.

“My story and my family’s story is impossible anyplace other than CALIFORNIA,” said SEPULVADO. “CALIFORNIA is not just part of my identity, it is the foundation on which my identity has been built. And that’s why I am so honored to get the chance to help tell the stories of other Californians and the collective story of the state as host of THE CALIFORNIA REPORT.”
