The FCC has proposed a $10,000 fine against JOSE LUIS GEREZ for operating an unlicensed radio station on 95.1 FM in QUEENS, NY.
The Commission said in its release that GEREZ has a history of operating pirate radio stations in NEW YORK and had been warned before, having been identified as the operator of an unlicensed station on 95.1 FM in 2013, then in AUGUST 2015, and again in FEBRUARY, APRIL, JUNE, and JULY of this year, from various sites in QUEENS.
