Good luck to veteran talk host NICOLE SANDLER, who undergoes lung cancer surgery TOMORROW (8/29) in MIAMI.  SANDLER will have the lower lobe of her left lung, part of the upper lobe, and all of the lymph nodes in the area taken out.

With the surgery, SANDLER will be on hiatus while recovering, and she has set her show stream to play music interviews from her past radio gigs.  Included will be talks with STING, DAVE MATTHEWS, NATALIE MERCHANT, RAY DAVIES, CHRISSIE HYNDE, RANDY NEWMAN, JACKSON BROWNE, and many more.  And on the PROGRESSIVE VOICES NETWORK stream and app, SANDLER's slot will be occupied by LESLIE MARSHALL, MARK LEVINE, and others.
