Hip-hop star FABOLOUS is in stable condition and under arrest in a NEW YORK hospital after an early TUESDAY shooting incident in a MANHATTAN parking garage.
The rapper was shot in the thigh by an assailant who opened fire on him and three others; while fleeing in their car, the four ran a red light, got pulled over by police, and were arrested when police found two unlicensed loaded guns in the car. FABOLOUS has a new album due this winter on DEF JAM.
