NAB's PILOT Broadcast Innovations will showcase how broadcasters are using next generation technology to transform the industry and to reach audiences in exciting new ways,at the KNIGHT CONFERENCE CENTER at the NEWSEUM in WASHINGTON, DC, on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7th from 3:30p-8p (ET).

Industry experts and policy makers scheduled to appear include NAB President and CEO GORDON SMITH, Senator BRIAN SCHATZ, Representative GREG WALDEN, and NBC UNIVERSAL SVP Advanced Technology Standards & Policy GLENN REITMEIER.

Eight-time OLYMPIC medalist/swimmer ALLISON SCHMITT will appear in conversation with NBC4 anchor JIM HANDLY during the "An OLYMPIC Experience" session. SCHMITT will discuss her swimming career, where she has medaled across three OLYMPIC games, including her gold and sliver medals at the recent games in RIO.
