ENTRAVISION raised $3 million in its 9th annual three-day national Radiothon, "Un Million Para Los Niños” (One Million for the Children), for the CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK AUGUST 18th through 20th. The total exceeded last year's $2.9 million and benefited over 95 communities nationwide.
The company's syndicated shows ERAZNO Y LA CHOKOLATA, ALEX ‘EL GENIO’ LUCAS, ARMIDA Y LA FLAKA, PIOLÍN, and THE LM SHOW, and the JOSÉ, SUPER ESTRELLA, and LA TRICOLOR networks, plus local shows, participated in this year's fundraiser."Our ninth Radiothon, in collaboration with CHILDREN'S MIRACLE NETWORK HOSPITALS, was a thrilling event for our entire organization and highlights the dedication of our employees and listeners. Our participation in raising funds for this amazing charity is a means of giving back to the local communities we serve, and its continued success reflects ENTRAVISION's ability to reach and engage Hispanics across acculturation levels and media platforms," said ENTRAVISION COO JEFFERY LIBERMAN.
"ENTRAVISION's support of the CHILDREN'S MIRACLE NETWORK for the past decade has been invaluable," said CHILDREN'S MIRACLE NETWORK HOSPITALS Managing Director, Media Partners JOE TREVINO. "This partnership has given us access to a vast majority of the Spanish-language demographic in the U.S., unreachable by other networks, and we hope to continue working with ENTRAVISION for many more years to come."
