Arthur Penhallow Jr. Joins C3 Artist Management

Artist manager ARTHUR PENHALLOW JR. has joined C3 ARTIST MANAGEMENT, based in the AUSTIN and NASHVILLE offices. PENHALLOW has been with PUNCH ANDREWS' PUNCH ENTERPRISES for the last 16 years; he will be bringing clients CODY JINKS and WHITEY MORGAN with him to C3.
