The FCC has proposed a $15,000 fine against WILNER LUNDI for operating unlicensed radio stations on 91.5 and 104.7 FM in LAKE WORTH, FL, despite previous warnings.
The Commission said that in 2013, an agent recognized the operator of the 91.5 FM station, "TIWIL,” as LUNDI based on a previous investigation and gave LUNDI a verbal warning. In JANUARY 2015, the 104.7 FM station was located and in JULY and DECEMBER of that year, transmissions on 91.5 FM were located. The property in question was sublet to "RADIO SUPER FM," the landlord told the agency, and a web stream and Facebook page for the station were found.
