CAPITOL NASHVILLE artist LUKE BRYAN revealed the track listing for his first ever "FARM TOUR" EP (NET NEWS 6/7), "FARM TOUR...Here's To The Farmer." The EP is slated to release FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd (NET NEWS 6/20) and will feature five tracks.
BRYAN unveiled the track listing and EP information directly to fans through his own fan app last NIGHT (9/1). See his message to fans here.
