LESLEY L. KIDNER and CHRIS KIDNER and their X FACTOR MEDIA are selling SOUTH SHORE BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Hot AC WQGR (COUGAR 93.7 FM)/NORTH MADISON, OH, to MEDIA ONE HOLDINGS, LLC (JAMES T.EMBRESCIA and LEE ZAPIS).  The contract of sale was not appended to the version of the sale form appearing in the FCC database as of TUESDAY morning.

In other filings with the FCC, SON FIRST BROADCASTING, INC. is assigning noncommercial Gospel WGSG/MAYO, FL to LOTTIE L. FOSTER's TRUE CONCEPTS OF LEVY COUNTY, INC. after the assignor filed for bankruptcy.  TRUE CONCEPTS was the original licensee of the station, and SON FIRST is relinquishing the license to TRUE CONCEPTS due to a breach of the promissory note used in the sale.

CARL TUTERA is selling W230CB/ORMOND BEACH, FL to SOUTHERN STONE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $10.

GEOS COMMUNICATIONS is selling W233CB/HAZELTON, PA to SOUTHERN BELLE, LLC for $70,000.  The translator rebroadcasts the seller's Classic Hits WGMF-A (GEM 104)/NANTICOKE, PA

ADVANCE MINISTRIES, INC is selling K241AV/BAKER, CA to RUDEX BROADCASTING LIMITED CORPORATION for $35,000.  The buyer plans to move the transmitter to rebroadcast KSDT-A/HEMET, CA.

MARSHFIELD BROADCASTING CO., INC. has applied for a Silent STA for recently-acquired WATD-A/BROCKTON, MA because its temporary STA operation from a church "caused the church's fire alarm to go off much to the consternation of the local fire department."

FREEDOM'S VOICE RADIO, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KPTO-A/POCATELLO, ID while owner TIM AALDERS battles leukemia and colon cancer.

CRAWFORD's KLZ RADIO, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for K266BP/CRAIG, CO pending construction at its new site.

CHRISTIAN RADIO FRIENDS, INC. has closed on the sale of Contemporary Christian WFRW/BATTLE GROUND-LAFAYETTE, IN to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $300,000.

WESTERN INSPIRATIONAL BROADCASTERS, INC. has closed on the sale of K260CK/IMLAY, NV to CRAWFORD's KIERTRON, INC. for $30,000.

FULL SMILE, INC. has closed on the sale of K223CF/CLINTON, MO (now K286CL/JEFFERSON CITY, MO) and K295BV/BUTLER, MO to ZIMMER RADIO OF MID-MISSOURI, INC. for $57,500.  ZIMMER plans to move the translators to rebroadcast News-Talk KWOS-A/JEFFERSON CITY, MO and Sports KTGR-A/COLUMBIA, MO, respectively.

And COUNTRYSIDE BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of W263CT/CENTRALIA, IL to SAMUEL STRATEMEYER for $33,500.  The translator will rebroadcast Country WIBV/MOUNT VERNON, IL.

The Commission also reinstated SOUTHEASTERN BROADCASTING COMPANY's license for Gospel WKLF-A/CLANTON, AL and has reinstated the licensee's application to sell the station to GREAT SOUTH RFDC, LLC.  The case has been going on for several years, and the sale application was filed in 2003, with the buyer, who programs the station under an LMA, paying $1.2 million for WKLF and WEZZ (now WHPH)/JEMISON, AL.
