SIRIUSXM P.O.T.U.S. will air a live one-hour forum with Libertarian Party presidential candidate GARY JOHNSON and vice-presidential candidate WILLIAM WELD on MONDAY (9/12) at 10a (ET).  The forum, moderated by MICHAEL SMERCONISH, will be held at the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION CENTER in PHILADELPHIA.
