ALPHA MEDIA/GREENVILLE-NEW BERN-JACKSONVILLE, NC has named radio management vet TONY DENTON as Market Mgr. for the seven-station group, which includes Country WRNS-FM, Country WRNS-A, Country WQSL-FM, Country WQZL-FM, Top 40 WERO-FM, Active Rock WXQR-FM, and Adult Standards WANG-A.

It’s a return to the market and the company for DENTON, who previously spent nine years as Dir./Sales with the ALPHA/GREENVILLE cluster. “We’re thrilled to welcome TONY back to the ALPHA MEDIA family,” said EVP/EASTERN REGION, BILL MCELVEEN. “His knowledge of the local market and his long-standing relationships with our great staff are both rare and we know that TONY and his team are going to have great success in the GREENVILLE-NEW BERN-JACKSONVILLE market.”
