Bankrupt Client Sues Univision To Recover Payments

Yesterday, it was GREATER MEDIA facing a suit by a bankrupt client to recover payments made in the 90-day period before the bankruptcy filing (NET NEWS 9/6), and now UNIVISION RADIO NEW YORK, INC. is facing a similar suit in the same court (U.S. Bankruptcy Court for DELAWARE) by a bankrupt client.

WR LIQUIDATION, INC., debtor-in-possession (formerly WHITE ROSE, INC.), is suing UNIVISION after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, trying to avoid and recover transfers totaling $26,100.
