PROFESSIONAL ANTENNA, TOWER AND TRANSLATOR SERVICE (PATTS) is selling K244AB/GUNNISON, CO to CHUCK LONTINE's MAINSTREET MEDIA OF COLORADO, LLC for $30,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Modern AC KKCL-A (96.9 THE CLOUD)/GOLDEN-DENVER, CO, which presently rebroadcasts on K246AD/ARVADA, CO.

In other filings with the FCC, RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. is selling W252BH/WASHINGTON, GA to LARGE TIME RADIO NETWORK LLC for $40,000.The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports WPCC-A/CLINTON, SC.

SHEILA CALLAHAN & FRIENDS, INC. is swapping K281CH/MISSOULA, MT to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. for K292GH/MISSOULA, and EDGEWATER is in turn selling K292GH to EVERSOLE MEDIA GROUP LLC; the contract of sale for the latter transaction was omitted from the FCC filing.

FAMILY STATIONS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for K254AK/RENO, NV due to problems with the translator's receive equipment.

APPALSHOP, INC. has closed on the sale of W255BT/NORTON, VA to WYTI, INC. for $30,500. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Full Service WYTI-A/ROCKY MOUNT, VA.

REACH COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of W228BV/FORT LAUDERDALE to ZOO COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $410,000; the translator rebroadcasts iHEARTMEDIA Country WMIA-FM-HD2 (93.5 THE BULL)/MIAMI BEACH.

And HI-LINE RADIO FELLOWSHIP, INC. has closed on the sale of K282BP/KALISPELL, MT to KOFI, INC. for $40,000.  The station will be modified to rebroadcast Oldies-News-Talk KOFI-A/KALISPELL.

The Commission also granted CRAWFORD's KIERTRON, INC.'s application to move K263BO/EL CENTRO, CA into SAN DIEGO to rebroadcast Religion KNSN-A (simulcast of KBRT-A (740 AM K-BRITE/COSTA MESA, CA)/SAN DIEGO, after the objection of REC NETWORKS was withdrawn.
