GALAXY COMMUNICATIONS Sports WTLB (ESPN RADIO)/UTICA, NY, has changed formats to Classic Hits 99.1 TONY-FM, with a playlist that includes everything from BILLY JOEL, AMERICA, VAN HALEN and GENESIS to DEPECHE MODE, TRAIN, WHAM! and ADAM ANT.

The station debuted this morning at 11a (ET), kicking off 10,000 songs in a row.

"Listening to TONY-FM is going to be wild," GALAXY COMMUNICATIONS Pres./CEO ED LEVINE said. "You will never know what's coming up next! There will be a different type of music on the air with each song that's played plus crazy songs popping up that no other radio station in the market plays."

ESPN RADIO can still be heard at 1310AM in UTICA, 1350AM in ROME, NY, and 1230 in LITTLE FALLS, NY.
