Mike Marino Locks Down Afternoons At WSTR (Star 94.1)/Atlanta, JP Allen, Kelly 'Cheese' Added To Morning Show

ENTERCOM Hot AC WSTR (STAR 94.1)/ATLANTA made three moves over the weekend. MIKE MARINO, who served as afternoon drive host from 2013 through early 2016, returns to afternoons with a new three-year contract. MARINO most recently produced THE JEFF & JENN SHOW with JEFF DAULER and JENN HOBBY during its launch.

“As I transition back to afternoons, helping to launch THE JEFF & JENN SHOW was a career highlight for me and it's just one of the many exciting things happening at STAR 94.1 right now,” MARINO said. “A big thank you to MIKE FOWLER, TONY LORINO and PAT PAXTON for the continued support, and for having the confidence in me to drive ATLANTA home every afternoon!”

JP ALLEN goes full-time at THE JEFF & JENN SHOW. ALLEN has served an interim show director and is now stepping into the role full time. Co-host JEFF DAULER noted, “When MIKE MARINO moved back to afternoons, we asked JP to help us out as we figured out who would be stepping into that role long-term. Turns out, it was him!”

KELLY “CHEESE” CHEESBOROUGH joins THE JEFF & JENN SHOW full-time as Executive Producer. “KELLY CHEESE is a rare unicorn ... a truly natural radio talent,” said co-host JENN HOBBY. “JEFF and I knew we wanted her on our team from the first day we met her.  She’s vibrant, hilarious, and never met a stranger.
