Amy Miles Exits Townsquare Media Board, Margaret M. Cannella Takes Her Place

AMY MILES has exited the board of directors of TOWNSQUARE MEDIA and MARGARET M. CANNELLA has been added to replace her on the board and the Audit Committee. 

MILES' exit was due to new proxy voting policies of GLASS LEWIS that restrict the number of boards its CEO can serve on.  CANNELLA, an Adjunct Professor at COLUMBIA BUSINESS SCHOOL, is a retired executive from JPMORGAN CHASE.
