AT&T, DirecTV Present Audience Music Concerts Starting Friday

MAC MILLER, FITZ AND THE TANTRUMS, GOOD CHARLOTTE, BEBE REXHA, THE STRUTS, THE BAND PERRY, AWOLNATION and BRANDY CLARK are among the performers slated to appear on the AT&T AUDIENCE NETWORK on DIRECTV.

For two weeks, over a dozen artists across all genres of music will tape live concerts, exclusive performances and in-depth artist interviews with TED STRYKER.

AT&T ENTERTAINMENT GROUP SVP Original Content & Production CHRISTOPHER LONG commented: "We're bringing more original and exclusive performances. This new group of shows will give music fans a personal, intimate and private view of music's influential artists today."
 
Since last JANUARY, the network featured 52 artists in 52 weeks on two stages -- an intimate studio stage and a club stage with a live audience, featuring CEELO GREEN, HANK WILLIAMS, JR., CHEAP TRICK, PETER FRAMPTON, FLO RIDA, MARTINA McBRIDE, LUKAS GRAHAM, KIELSEA BALLERINI, FALL OUT BOY and PANIC! AT THE DISCO.
 
Added host STRYKER: "I love these shows not just because of the intimacy of the performances, but being able to talk to these artists in a relaxing setting about their struggles and successes is very exciting and eye-opening."
 
New shows premiere via nationwide broadcast FRIDAY (SEPTEMBER 16th at 8p (ET/PT) on DIRECTV Ch 239 and U-VERSE Ch 1114,as well as live streaming on directv.com, uverse.com and on smartphones and tablets, via the DIRECTV and U-VERSE apps.
