iHEARTMEDIA Sports WOKY-A (THE BIG 920)/MILWAUKEE has added GREEN BAY PACKERS rookie defensive lineman KENNY CLARK and former PACKER GILBERT BROWN for weekly appearances on the station’s WEDNESDAY PACKERS “GREEN & GOLD”-themed programming, starting TOMORROW (9/14). CLARK will join MIKE HELLER’s afternoon show, which airs on stations across the state, and BROWN (“THE GRAVEDIGGER”) will appear on MITCH NELLES’ midday show and will also make monthly appearances on the station’s “WEDNESDAY NIGHT LIVE” remotes with DREW OLSON and ARMEN SARYAN from WAUKESHA. CLARK and BROWN are represented by MAYFIELD SPORTS MARKETING.
“Being in GREEN BAY and talking with the players in their locker room is an important part of GREEN AND GOLD WEDNESDAYS, made even more special by welcoming No. 1 draft choice KENNY CLARK,” said HELLER. “This could be a special season in GREEN BAY, and I can’t wait to be at the legendary STADIUM VIEW BAR & GRILLE every week to experience the energy.”
“Our weekly ‘WEDNESDAY NIGHT LIVE’ show at THE CREST in downtown WAUKESHA is quickly becoming a tradition for all football fans in the area. With GILBERT joining the show on location once per month, it’s a must-listen and must-visit event,” said NELLES. “GILBERT is as well-known and as active in the MILWAUKEE community as any member of the PACKERS’ SUPER BOWL XXXVI team. I can’t wait for him to share his unfiltered – and often hilarious – opinions on the current PACKERS with me every WEDNESDAY.”
