Al Payne Bouncing To WMGC (105.1 The Bounce)/Detroit For PD Duties

GREATER MEDIA (Soon-to-be BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP) Throwback Hip-Hop & R&B WMGC (105.1 THE BOUNCE)/DETROIT, has tapped AL PAYNE for PD.

PAYNE has been PD for the ALPHA MEDIA/LOUISVILLE cluster since APRIL (NET NEWS 4.1).  Previously he was OM for RADIO ONE/BALTIMORE.  It's a return to the market where he once served as PD/format captain for RADIO ONE.

The station format launched in JULY and flipped from sports a little past the halfway point of the previous survey period.  In its recent first full book THE BOUNCE went from #15 to #1 (3.1-8.0).
