WARNER BROS./WMN artist BLAKE SHELTON is slated to headline the CAROLINA KICKOFF 2017 on SATURDAY, AUGUST 19th, 2017 at DOWDY-FICKLEN STADIUM in GREENVILLE, NC. SHELTON made the announcement at the EAST CAROLINA versus NC STATE game on SATURDAY (9/10). Early bird tickets are available here until 11:59p (ET) on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th.
